Job summary

UPSKILL MNL, INC is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team in Metro Manila. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for our clients.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, utilize multiple sourcing channels, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and handle offers and negotiations to secure top talent for our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, agency or corporate setting.
• Familiarity with recruitment techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with managers and candidates.
• Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates.

As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and sourcing top candidates for our clients. Your goal will be to attract, engage, and retain the best talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and attract top talent
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates
• Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future opportunities
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency or corporate setting
• Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Proven ability to handle a high volume of recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines is a plus
