Job summary

Power Digital, a growth-focused AI-native firm, is seeking a contract Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles. You’ll collaborate with the TA team and hiring managers to maintain momentum while delivering a candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.

You’ll leverage Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-enabled tools to build diverse, high-quality pipelines and meet monthly hiring targets. This role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and independent execution.

Qualifications

• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, agency or in-house.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse strongly preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously without losing detail or momentum.
• Strong communicator who can build trust quickly with candidates and hiring managers.
• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and diverse sourcing.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-assisted recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Manage candidate progress in Greenhouse, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, candidate profiles, and feedback to keep searches moving.
• Proactively source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter to build diverse pipelines.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first touch to close.
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance recruiting workflows.
