GrowthAssistant, LLC is hiring a Sourcing Specialist to support our in-house recruitment team. You will source active and passive candidates, run personalized outreach, and maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS, lightening recruiters' workload with AI-assisted sourcing capabilities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of sourcing experience, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Smart Sourcing, and strong English communication skills. This fully remote role aligns with U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on candidate sourcing experience.
• Experience using Indeed Smart Sourcing and/or LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Working knowledge of Boolean searches, resumes, and candidate filtering.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and maintaining recruiting records.
• Strong written and verbal English for candidate outreach and updates.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and participate in U.S.-hours sessions.

Responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates using multiple platforms.
• Use Boolean searches and filters to match criteria and location.
• Review resumes and document potential matches clearly.
• Send personalized outreach and respond to candidate questions.
• Hand off interested candidates to recruiters with complete details.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline statuses in ATS.
• Learn and use AI sourcing tool and review its suggestions.
