Focus Global Inc. is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Associate for a contractual, hybrid role supporting high-volume recruitment for warehouse and skilled positions.

You will source, screen, and hire candidates for operational and technical roles, coordinating with hiring managers to meet manpower needs. Ideal candidates bring volume-recruitment experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment, with hands-on sourcing and pipeline

Competenze

• Experience in high-volume recruitment for blue-collar/operational roles.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient in sourcing channels including job portals, referrals, and social media.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tracking tools.

Mansioni

• Manage high-volume recruitment for warehouse and skilled positions to meet manpower needs.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, endorsement, hiring coordination.
• Recruit for blue-collar, warehouse, and technical roles (warehousemen, carpenters, drivers, installers, technicians).
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through portals, referrals, social media, and community sourcing.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers on requirements, schedules, and priorities.
• Monitor progress and metrics: sourcing, interview attendance, time-to-fill, conversions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Provide regular updates and reports to HR and stakeholders; ensure positive candidate experience.
