Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking an AI Operations Analyst to support recruitment operations by managing workflows, maintaining process efficiency, and leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance recruitment activities.

We prioritize candidates with hands-on Recruitment/TA Operations experience and the ability to integrate AI tools into daily processes. Onsite work in Giga is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Recruitment Ops, TA Ops, or Recruiting Tech.
• Solid understanding of recruitment processes, SOPs, and workflows.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) and their recruitment use.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and make judgment-based decisions.
• Experience with recruitment CRM platforms.
• Willingness to work onsite in Giga.

As an AI Operations Analyst, you will support recruitment operations by managing workflows, maintaining process efficiency, and utilizing AI-powered tools to enhance recruitment-related activities.

We're prioritizing candidates who have hands-on Recruitment/TA Operations experience and can demonstrate practical knowledge of integrating AI tools into their daily processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support recruitment and talent acquisition operational workflows.
• Maintain and follow recruitment processes, SOPs, and established guidelines.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Gemini to support and improve recruitment processes.
• Manage multiple workstreams and make sound, judgment-based operational decisions.
• Support recruitment technology and CRM-related processes.
• Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and quality in recruitment-related activities.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects.
• At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Technology, or related recruitment workflows.
• Solid understanding of recruitment processes, SOPs, and operational workflows.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms, including how they can be integrated into recruitment processes.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and make judgment-based decisions.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work onsite in Giga.
• Experience with recruitment CRM platforms.
• Exposure to AI-powered recruitment workflows.
• Experience supporting recruitment technology or process improvement initiatives.
