You will identify opportunities, design tailored logistics solutions and maintain long-term client partnerships to meet revenue goals and align with global strategies.

Qualifications

• Focus on identifying, qualifying and securing new customers for Contract Logistics.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and present to clients to build credibility.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure new customers for Contract Logistics (warehousing, distribution, and value-added services).
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to prepare proposals and commercial offers that meet client needs.
• Conduct business presentations, client meetings, and site visits to build credibility and confidence.
• Coordinate with regional and global BD counterparts to align local strategies with global objectives.
• Contribute to RFQs, RFPs, and tenders and ensure proposals meet customer expectations and standards.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling transport, brokerage, and supply chain services; introduce end-to-end logistics solutions.
• Maintain trust-based client relationships through regular reviews and proactive engagement.
• Prepare reports on pipeline performance, conversion rates, and market activities.
