Job summary

DP World, Manila, seeks a Manager – Business Development for Contract Logistics to lead warehousing and distribution solutions and secure new business. You will design end-to-end supply chain offers, build financial models, and collaborate across Operations, Pricing, and Commercial teams.

The role requires 8–10 years in logistics business development and strong Excel/CRM skills, with excellent communication and strategic thinking essential for success.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• 8–10 years of commercial / business development experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• With good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the sales strategy for Contract Logistics (warehousing, distribution, cold chain, and value-added services).
• Secure new multinational and local Beneficial Cargo Owner (BCO) into DP World’s CL facilities.
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes including solution design, pricing proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain and expand long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring retention and growth.
• Drive pallet utilization and warehouse occupancy to meet financial targets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Pricing, and Regional Commercial teams to deliver end-to-end supply chain solutions.
• Prepare and present business cases, financial models, and ROI analyses for client proposals.
• Monitor market trends and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with DP World’s governance, contracts and pricing policies.
• Provide pipeline reporting, sales forecasts, and sector insights to senior leadership.
