Job summary

Cybalink Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage registration, tracking, distribution, and maintenance of project and tender documents using Civtrac and EDMS platforms. This role ensures document integrity and compliance with company standards. The position is a 6-month, full-time onsite contract located in Arcovia City, Brgy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 3+ years doc-control.
• Experience in engineering/construction or industrial projects.
• EDMS experience: Aconex/InEight/DocuWare/SharePoint.
• Familiar with GA, Isometric, P&ID drawings; MDR a plus.
• Proficient MS Office and document-management tools; strong communication.
• Willing to a 6-month contract.
• Onsite in Pasig City, Mon-Fri morning shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive, register, number, validate, distribute, and maintain client/vendor docs.
• Prepare transmittals, addenda, registers, revisions.
• Create project/tender jobs, distribute tasks, track progress, report weekly/monthly.
• Conduct quality audits, compile MDRs, address overdue docs and delays.
• Support project teams with doc-control queries and compliance.
