Job summary

Cybalink Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller for a 6‑month project in Pasig. You will manage registration, tracking, and distribution of project and tender documents using EDMS platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client standards.

You will work onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City, with a focus on document numbering, transmittals, and MDRs. Strong English communication and a meticulous approach are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 3 years in document-control or records-management.
• Experience in engineering/construction/fabrication/mining/oil and gas/heavy engineering environments.
• Hands-on with EDMS such as Aconex, InEight, DocuWare or SharePoint including numbering, transmittals, revisions, and registers.
• Familiarity with GA, Isometric, P&ID, and Standard Drawings; MDR compilation is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong English communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive, register, number, validate, distribute, and maintain documents per control procedures.
• Prepare and manage transmittals, addendums, registers, revisions and templates.
• Create project and tender jobs, assign tasks, track completion, generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Conduct quality audits and address overdue documents and discrepancies.
• Support project teams with document-control queries and adapt to changing project requirements.
