Job summary

D&V Philippines Outsourcing, Inc. is seeking a Content & Creative Specialist to produce and optimize content across multiple formats. You will write, edit, and manage content for the Sales and Marketing Communications team and other departments.

You will support Google Ads setup and ongoing campaigns, plus monitor website performance using Google Analytics. Hybrid work setup with standard business hours supports professional growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English Studies, or related field.
• 2–3 years in a related industry.
• Experience in copywriting, SEO/AE0, marketing.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular and high-level content for finance, accounting, and related fields in blogs, case studies, emails, infographics, newsletters, videos, website content, and white papers.
• Write content needed by Sales and Marketing Communications and other departments.
• Copyedit content produced by others in Sales and Marketing Communications and the company.
• Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads.
• Monitor website performance with Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Plan and execute content and inbound marketing campaigns.
• Support other administrative functions as needed.

Job Title:

• Content & Creative Specialist

Work Setup & Schedule:

• Hybrid
• Monday to Friday
• 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

What you’ll be doing:

• Produce regular and high-level content for finance, accounting, bookkeeping, and other related fields in different content types (e.g., blogs, case studies, emails, infographics, newsletters, videos, website content, white papers).
• Write content needed by the Sales and Marketing Communications Department, as well as content for other departments as needed by the company.
• Copyedit content produced by other members of the Sales and Marketing Communications Department and the company, in extension.
• Support the Senior Strategic Marketing Manager in setting up and managing Google Ads.
• Support the Senior Strategic Marketing Manager and the Content and Creative Lead in the management of the content production process and monitoring the performance of the website through Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Assist in the planning and execution of content and inbound marketing campaigns.
• Support other administrative functions as needed by the Sales and Marketing Communications

What will make you a great fit:

• Education: Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, English Studies, or other related fields.
• Years of Experience: Two-Three years in a related industry.
• Industry Exposure: Copywriting, SEO/AEO, Marketing
• Technical Skills: SEO/AEO, experience in drafting, managing, and monitoring Google Ads Campaigns, familiarity in using Content Management System, and utilizing Google Analytics
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Software experience or knowledge: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Office 365
• Language Requirements: English
