D&V Philippines Outsourcing, Inc. is seeking a Financial Accountant (IE) to manage financial reporting, month-end closes, and analysis for two entities in a hybrid setup with a 3:00 PM–12:00 AM shift.
The role covers management accounting, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations. You will lead payroll across seven countries, ensure compliance with Irish GAAP and US GAAP, coordinate external audits, and drive process improvements while maintaining data integrity and timely statutory
Financial Accountant (IE)

Financial Reporting & Management Accounting
Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts for two entities.
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Analyze financial results and provide insights into business performance.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data and reporting.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring activities as required.
Payroll Administration & Compliance
Manage end-to-end payroll processing across seven countries, ensuring employees and consultants are paid accurately and on time.
Prepare and submit payroll-related statutory filings and compliance returns.
Ensure adherence to relevant payroll legislation and regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction.
Coordinate with payroll providers and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues.
Tax & Statutory Compliance
Liaise with external taxation advisors in relation to corporate tax compliance and annual tax return preparation.
Assist with the preparation of information and supporting documentation required for tax filings.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Audit & External Stakeholder Management
Coordinate and manage annual audit activities for assigned entities.
Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and responses to audit inquiries.
Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors throughout the audit process.
Work closely with company secretaries, legal advisors, and other external service providers to ensure regulatory compliance.
Process Improvement & Operations
Identify opportunities to improve accounting, payroll, and reporting processes.
Assist in implementing controls and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Support ad hoc finance projects and business initiatives as assigned.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by management.
Non-Negotiable Qualifications:
CPA – Certified Public Accountant
Minimum of 6 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
Experience working in a multinational environment is highly desirable.
Previous experience managing payroll processes is essential.
Experience handling multi-country payroll operations is preferred.
Exposure to Irish GAAP and US GAAP is highly advantageous.
Prior experience managing external audits and statutory compliance activities.
Experience working with external tax advisors and professional service providers.
Technical Competencies
Strong knowledge of financial accounting and management reporting.
Understanding of payroll legislation, compliance requirements, and reporting obligations.
Experience using accounting systems such as Great Plains or other ERP/accounting platforms.
Knowledge of Sage Micropay payroll software is advantageous.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
