Nezda Global is hiring a Consumer Banking Relationship Agent to join our growing team in McKinley, Taguig. This role requires 6 months of voice/customer service experience and BPO exposure for international accounts, with a 100% onsite work arrangement and a fixed night shift.

Target onboarding is Oct 26, 2026. Salary ranges from ₱18,000 to ₱23,000 as basic pay, with non-taxable allowances and night differential pay.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of voice account or customer service experience.
• BPO experience is required for this international account.
• Excellent conversational and communication skills.
• Willing to work 100% onsite in McKinley, Taguig on fixed night shift.
