Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proven B2B sales experience in construction or tech products.
• Experience selling to construction firms, developers, or manufacturing companies is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, events, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Understand client challenges and tailor construction software and digital solutions.
• Conduct product demos and client meetings to showcase value.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth deployment and onboarding.
• Maintain post-sale relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM updates.
