Job summary

Tasq Work in Makati is seeking a System Sales Consultant to promote and sell construction technology solutions and engineering software to AEC and manufacturing clients. You will identify opportunities, present demos, and close deals to drive revenue.

You will build relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, and consultants, coordinate with technical teams, and provide after-sales support while aiming to exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, IT, business or related field.
• At least 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in construction products or engineering solutions.
• Experience selling to construction firms, developers, contractors or manufacturing companies is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management abilities.
• Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and explaining technical solutions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and capable of working independently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, social media, and market research.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.
• Understand clients' business challenges and recommend suitable construction software, engineering systems, and digital solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, live demonstrations, and client meetings to showcase the value of construction technology solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth deployment and onboarding.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing after-sales support and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and emergent technologies to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates using the company's CRM.
