You will identify opportunities, build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, and manage demonstrations, proposals, and contracts to achieve revenue targets. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven B2B sales experience in construction, engineering software, or tech.
• Experience selling to construction firms, developers, contractors, or manufacturers is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Customer-focused, consultative selling skills with relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, social media, and market research.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders in construction.
• Understand client challenges and recommend construction software, engineering systems, and digital solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, live demonstrations, and meetings to showcase value.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts to close sales and hit revenue targets.
• Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for smooth deployment and onboarding.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients through after-sales support and upsell opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Keep accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
