Job summary

CIM Technologies Inc. is seeking a dynamic sales professional to promote and sell innovative construction technology solutions and engineering software across AEC and manufacturing clients in Cebu City.

You will build relationships, understand client challenges, and propose targeted digital solutions to boost productivity and project efficiency. The role requires strong consultative selling, excellent communication, and the ability to conduct impactful product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction products, engineering solutions, construction software, or technology products.
• Experience selling to construction firms, engineers, contractors, developers, or manufacturers is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, events, social media, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders in the construction industry.
• Understand clients' business challenges and recommend suitable construction software and digital solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, live demonstrations, and client meetings to showcase value of solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts to close sales and hit revenue targets.
• Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for smooth deployment and onboarding.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients through after-sales support and upselling opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM pipeline.
