Job summary

TASQ, based in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a System Sales Consultant to promote construction technology solutions to AEC and manufacturing firms. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building relationships with contractors, developers, and engineers, and tailoring software and digital solutions to client needs.

You will lead product demonstrations, prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth deployment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in construction or engineering tech.
• Experience selling to construction firms, developers, or manufacturing companies.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and present solutions clearly.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, social media, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders within the construction industry.
• Understand clients' business challenges and recommend suitable construction software, engineering systems, and digital solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, live demonstrations, and client meetings to showcase the value of construction technology solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts to successfully close sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth deployment and customer onboarding.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing excellent after-sales support and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging construction technologies to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates using the company's CRM system.
