Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction products, engineering solutions, or technology products.
• Experience selling to construction firms, contractors, developers, or manufacturing companies is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, social media, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, consultants, and other construction stakeholders.
• Understand clients' business challenges and recommend suitable construction software and digital solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, live demonstrations, and client meetings to showcase value.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts to close sales and hit revenue targets.
• Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for smooth deployment and onboarding.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients via after-sales support and upselling opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline using CRM.
