Job summary

XR&J Fitness Corp. (Anytime Fitness Superstars) is seeking a Compliance Associate to oversee policy adherence, permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements across our growing Anytime Fitness clubs in the Philippines.

You will support club openings, staff changes, and policy rollouts while maintaining rigorous documentation. The role requires 1–3 years in compliance or related areas, travel across Visayas, Mindanao, and Luzon, and strong Google Sheets and writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Management, Accountancy, Management, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, quality assurance, or operations administration.
• Working knowledge of Philippine business permits, BFP fire safety requirements, DOLE basics, and the Data Privacy Act.
• Strong Google Sheets skills and disciplined record-keeping.
• Clear, factual writing.
• Willing to travel across Visayas, Mindanao, and Luzon.

Responsibilities

• Run compliance walk-throughs at our clubs and report findings with evidence.
• Track every finding until it is fixed and proven closed.
• Keep permits, licenses, insurance, and renewals current, with zero lapses.
• Manage compliance checklists for club openings, employee exits, and policy rollouts.
• Maintain the policy register and ensure staff acknowledge every update.
• Send clear weekly and monthly compliance reports to management.

About the Role

We operate Anytime Fitness clubs in Cebu, Davao, Zamboanga, Baguio, General Santos, and more clubs opening soon across the country. We run on one standard: Systems. Standards. Results.

We are hiring a Compliance Associate to keep every club and department running within policy, franchise standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Run compliance walk-throughs at our clubs and report findings with evidence
• Track every finding until it is fixed and proven closed
• Keep permits, licenses, insurance, and renewals current, with zero lapses
• Manage compliance checklists for club openings, employee exits, and policy rollouts
• Maintain the policy register and make sure staff acknowledge every update
• Send clear weekly and monthly compliance reports to management
