Position Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Membership Sales Manager to lead membership sales and business development for our Davao operations. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing the sales team, generating new memberships, and strengthening the club's presence within the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve membership and revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the Membership Sales team toward individual and team goals.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and follow-ups to consultations and closing.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members through excellent customer service.
• Conduct gym tours and sales presentations that effectively communicate the Anytime Fitness experience.
• Develop local marketing initiatives, partnerships, events, and social media activities to generate leads.
• Track and analyze sales and membership performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with the Club Manager and other teams to support member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Monitor market and competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
