Job summary

Anytime Fitness – XR&J Fitness Corp. in Davao City is seeking a proactive Membership Sales Manager to drive membership sales, grow the member base, and promote the Anytime Fitness brand in the local community.

You will lead and coach the sales team, conduct consultations and club tours, develop sales strategies, and build partnerships through events and social media to hit targets and deliver an exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of marketing techniques and strategies.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
