About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador and Membership Consultant to join our team at Anytime Fitness in Antipolo City, Rizal. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving membership sales and promoting our brand values to potential members. As Brand Ambassador and Membership Consultant, you will be the face of Anytime Fitness, responsible for attracting new members, providing tours of our facilities, and converting prospects into loyal gym members. Your ability to communicate our fitness philosophy and build genuine relationships will be instrumental in growing our membership base and establishing Anytime Fitness as the preferred fitness destination in your community.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome prospective members, providing a warm, professional first impression of Anytime Fitness
• Conduct facility tours, highlighting our equipment, amenities and membership benefits in an engaging manner
• Identify customer needs and preferences, recommending appropriate membership packages and fitness solutions
• Present membership options clearly, explaining pricing, contract terms and value propositions to potential members
• Close membership sales through effective consultative selling techniques and customer relationship building
• Handle membership enquiries via telephone, email and in-person interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Track and report on membership sales targets, conversion rates and performance metrics
• Develop and maintain knowledge of all current promotions, membership tiers and facility features
• Represent the Anytime Fitness brand at community events, fitness expos and promotional activities
• Build positive relationships with existing members to encourage retention and referrals
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming front-of-house environment
• Collaborate with fitness staff to ensure member satisfaction and facility excellence

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, wellness or hospitality industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Natural enthusiasm for fitness and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals
• Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
• Confident presentation and public speaking abilities
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections professionally
• High level of energy, motivation and a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work shift hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends as required
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with membership management systems (training will be provided)
• Valid identification and willingness to undergo background checks
• Preferred experience: Previous fitness industry experience, personal training certification or fitness knowledge
