Job summary

Anytime Fitness in Cebu seeks a Membership Sales Associate who thrives on connection, drives results, and helps transform lives through memberships. You will tour, consult, and convert inquiries, while building a loyal member base and contributing to a vibrant gym community.

You’ll be responsible for lead generation, follow-ups, and hitting KPIs with a performance-based compensation model that includes uncapped commissions and a free gym membership.

• 2+ years proven success in sales, customer service, or front-facing roles.

• Deliver powerful tours & consultations that convert.
• Handle walk-ins, inquiries, social DMs, and lead follow-ups.

You are the face of the club, a results-driven ambassador of health, energy, and transformation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Deliver powerful tours & consultations that convert.
