Anytime Fitness in Cebu seeks a Membership Sales Associate who thrives on connection, drives results, and helps transform lives through memberships. You will tour, consult, and convert inquiries, while building a loyal member base and contributing to a vibrant gym community.

You’ll be responsible for lead generation, follow-ups, and hitting KPIs with a performance-based compensation model that includes uncapped commissions and a free gym membership.

Qualificações

• 2+ years proven success in sales, customer service, or front-facing roles.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver powerful tours & consultations that convert.
• Handle walk-ins, inquiries, social DMs, and lead follow-ups.
• Proactively generate leads through community engagement, referrals, and outbound hustle.
• Hit and exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs: calls, bookings, closes.
• Master a proven sales process while adapting to client needs.
• Collaborate with Personal Trainers & Club Manager to optimize member onboarding.
• Track everything in CRM, follow-up is your superpower.
• Support events, promotions, and in-club marketing efforts.
• Provide an unforgettable customer experience that drives retention and referrals.
