Job summary

XR&J Fitness Corp. (Anytime Fitness) is seeking a Marketing Supervisor to lead Cebu marketing efforts onsite.

You will own brand visibility, member engagement, and local partnerships while guiding a Marketing Associates team to deliver high-quality results. You will oversee Meta ads, content creation, and vendor relationships, coordinating with the Club Manager and Sales team to align marketing with sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–3 years marketing experience with at least 1 year supervising a team.
• Experience running Meta Ads (Facebook Ads Manager).
• Proven content creation and social media management skills.
• Partnership development or vendor negotiation experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.

About the Role
Anytime Fitness - XR&J Fitness Corp. is looking for a Marketing Supervisor to lead our marketing efforts in Cebu. You will own the club's brand visibility, member engagement, and local partnerships, while guiding a team of Marketing Associates to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise the Marketing Associates, including task assignments, performance tracking, and quality control
• Manage and maintain the member leaderboard and challenges to drive engagement and retention
• Oversee the design, issuance, and tracking of member certificates and recognition programs
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns to generate leads and membership sales
• Build and manage corporate partnerships, including outreach, proposals, and ongoing relationship management
• Source, negotiate with, and acquire vendors for printing, merchandise, events, and promotional needs
• Direct content creation across social media and in-club channels (photos, videos, posts, promos, and campaigns)
• Coordinate with the Club Manager and Membership Sales team to align marketing activities with sales targets
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead role
• Hands-on experience running Meta Ads (Facebook Ads Manager)
• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and basic design or video editing
• Experience in partnership development or vendor negotiation is a strong advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Fitness or wellness industry experience is a plus
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu, with flexible hours including some weekends
