Job summary

Anytime Fitness is hiring a Membership Sales Associate in Davao City. You will lead powerful tours and consultations to convert leads into lifelong members, while managing walk-ins, inquiries, and follow-ups.

You’ll proactively generate new prospects, maintain CRM records, and work with trainers to optimize member onboarding. You are a driven, high-communication professional with a hunter mindset who thrives in fast-paced environments and is based in or willing to relocate to Davao.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven success in sales, customer service, or front-facing roles (fitness/wellness/lifestyle is a plus).
• Top 10% performer, KPI-hungry with coachable mindset.
• People-first communicator with strong emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tours and consultations that convert leads into members.
• Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and lead follow-ups.
• Generate leads through community engagement and referrals.
• Hit KPIs: calls, bookings, closes on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Collaborate with Trainers & Club Manager on onboarding.
• Track all activity in CRM and maintain follow-ups.
• Support events and in-club marketing efforts.
• Provide exceptional member experience to drive retention.

To grow club membership by converting leads into lifelong members through powerful consultations, outreach, and world-class service.

You are the face of the club, a results-driven ambassador of health, energy, and transformation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Deliver powerful tours & consultations that convert.

Handle walk-ins, inquiries, social DMs, and lead follow-ups

Proactively generate leads through community engagement, referrals, and outbound hustle

Hit and exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs: calls, bookings, closes

Master a proven sales process while adapting to client needs

Collaborate with Personal Trainers & Club Manager to optimize member onboarding

Track everything in CRM, follow-up is your superpower

Support events, promotions, and in-club marketing efforts

Provide an unforgettable customer experience that drives retention and referrals
