Job summary

Anytime Fitness - XR&J Fitness Corp. is looking for a Marketing Supervisor to lead our Cebu marketing efforts.

You will own the club's brand visibility, member engagement, and local partnerships, while guiding a team of Marketing Associates to deliver high-quality results. This role requires a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field, 2–3 years in marketing with at least 1 year supervising a team, hands-on Meta Ads, content creation, and vendor negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of marketing experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Hands-on experience running Meta Ads (Facebook Ads Manager).
• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and basic design or video editing.
• Experience in partnership development or vendor negotiation is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fitness or wellness industry experience is a plus, onsite Cebu role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise the Marketing Associates, including task assignments, performance tracking, and quality control.
• Manage and maintain the member leaderboard and challenges to drive engagement and retention.
• Oversee design, issuance, and tracking of member certificates and recognition programs.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns to generate leads and membership sales.
• Build and manage corporate partnerships, including outreach, proposals, and ongoing relationship management.
• Source, negotiate with, and acquire vendors for printing, merchandise, events, and promotional needs.
• Direct content creation across social media and in-club channels (photos, videos, posts, promos, and campaigns).
• Coordinate with the Club Manager and Membership Sales team to align marketing activities with sales targets.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
