Job summary

XR&J Fitness Corp (Anytime Fitness) is seeking a hands-on Finance & Administration Manager to lead the finance, accounting, and administrative functions across our growing network of fitness clubs. This onsite role is based in General Santos City.

You will protect the integrity of our numbers, strengthen internal controls, and provide management with timely financial insight to scale the business. Prior multi-branch finance leadership and knowledge of Philippine tax rules are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or related field
• CPA is an advantage, not required
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Administration
• Experience managing finance for multi-branch business
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, finance, and administrative operations with accuracy and compliance
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans
• Track profitability, cash flow, and KPIs across branches; provide actionable recommendations
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Oversee payroll and compliance with tax and government reporting
• Deliver timely financial reports to senior management
• Collaborate with department heads to improve financial performance

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₱43,000 – ₱50,000 per month

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Finance & Administration Manager to lead the finance, accounting, and administrative functions across our growing network of fitness clubs. You’ll protect the integrity of our numbers, strengthen internal controls, and give management the financial insight it needs to make confident decisions and scale the business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead accounting, finance, and administrative operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Track profitability, cash flow, and KPIs across branches, and give management timely, actionable recommendations
• Build and continuously improve internal controls, financial policies, and procedures
• Oversee payroll and administrative operations
• Ensure on-time compliance with all tax, statutory, and government reporting requirements
• Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management
• Work with department heads and club teams to improve financial performance and control costs
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
• Coach and develop the Finance & Administration team, building a culture of accountability and collaboration

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA is an advantage, not required)
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Administration, including leadership experience as a Finance Manager, Accounting Manager, or similar
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls
• Solid knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, labor laws, and statutory compliance
• Experience managing finance for a multi-branch business is highly preferred; retail, hospitality, fitness, or other service industries are an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Proven ability to build, mentor, and motivate a team
• High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
