Compensation & Benefits Supervisor
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Supervisor to oversee the administration and implementation of the company’s compensation and benefits programs. The successful candidate will ensure accurate payroll-related processes, maintain compliance with applicable regulations, and provide support in developing competitive and effective employee compensation and benefits programs.
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Compensation & Benefits function.
Oversee the administration of employee compensation, benefits, and payroll-related processes.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, deductions, and adjustments.
Manage government-mandated benefits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Review and maintain compensation and benefits records and employee data.
Assist in the development, review, and implementation of compensation structures, salary grades, and benefits programs.
Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to support compensation decisions.
Prepare compensation and benefits reports, analyses, and recommendations for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor and government regulations.
Address and resolve employee concerns related to compensation and benefits.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners regarding compensation and benefits matters.
Supervise, coach, and develop members of the Compensation & Benefits team.
Support HR projects, audits, and other initiatives related to compensation and benefits.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.
Preferably with 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
Knowledge of compensation principles, salary structures, benefits administration, and payroll processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
