Job summary

TeamRidemax Philippines is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to manage payroll, benefits administration, and government-mandated reporting. You will coordinate with government agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR to ensure accurate contributions and compliance, while maintaining confidential records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of solid experience in Compensation and Benefits, Payroll or HR is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Experience in benefits administration and employee loan processing is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can work onsite in Manresa, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with government agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR regarding employee benefits and contributions.
• Monitor and process benefit claims, loans, and reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate employee compensation records and documentation.
• Process employee movements such as promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, and other changes affecting compensation.
• Prepare reports related to compensation and payroll as required.
• Process employee enrollment, updates, and termination of benefits.
• Assist employees with inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and deductions.
• Ensure timely submission of government-mandated reports and remittances.
