Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to oversee the company’s compensation and employee benefits programs. You will manage processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a team responsible for benefits and payroll-related activities.

The role requires a strong background in payroll processing, government-mandated benefits, and policy enhancement, with proven leadership and analytical skills to optimize costs and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant HR/related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Payroll, or related HR function.
• Experience supervising or managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine government-mandated benefits and employment regulations.
• Working knowledge of payroll processing, including statutory deductions and contributions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and people-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of compensation and employee benefits programs.
• Oversee employee benefits such as HMO, insurance, leave benefits, and government-mandated benefits.
• Ensure accurate processing of benefits enrollments, claims, updates, and requests.
• Review policies and recommend improvements.
• Monitor costs, utilization, and eligibility for benefits.
• Address employee concerns related to compensation and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with government-mandated policies and contributions.
• Support payroll processing for salary accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead and manage the Compensation & Benefits team.
• Review and improve compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR policies.
