Job summary

BPO International, Inc. in Makati is hiring a Compensation and Benefits Jr. Manager to oversee day-to-day administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.

You will support the design, implementation, and compliance of C&B initiatives, collaborating with HR, Finance, and line managers to ensure accurate payroll inputs and timely responses to employee inquiries. The role requires 4–6 years in C&B or HR operations, plus 1–2 years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR operations.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine compensation and benefits practices and government-mandated benefits.
• Hands-on experience with HMO administration, insurance, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee benefits.
• Experience handling clients or external service providers is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including HMO, insurance, leave, allowances, incentives, and gov't benefits.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll-related data processing and approvals.
• Review payroll and benefits data for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement new requirements.
• Coordinate with HMO providers, insurers, and government agencies.
• Prepare and analyze compensation and benefits reports, trends, and recommendations.
• Lead the Compensation and Benefits team to meet goals and service standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients, employees, and internal teams.
• Address escalations and manage C&B-related issues professionally.
