The Compensation and Benefits Jr Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati. This role is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs that align with company policies and local regulations. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in job evaluation, maintaining compensation structures, managing employee benefits enrollment and queries, and preparing reports and analyses to support HR decision‑making. The Jr Manager collaborates with HR, Finance, and line managers to ensure accurate payroll inputs related to compensation and benefits and to address employee concerns in a timely, professional manner. The role also helps monitor market trends and participates in periodic reviews to keep compensation and benefits packages competitive.
