We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead and manage the organization’s compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee rewards programs. The role requires strong expertise in C&B operations, excellent people management skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external clients and stakeholders.
Lead the development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
Manage salary structures, compensation reviews, incentives, allowances, and employee benefits.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and company policies.
Review and recommend compensation adjustments based on market benchmarks, internal equity, and business requirements.
Oversee the administration of HMO, insurance, government-mandated benefits, and other employee benefit programs.
Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation-related changes.
Monitor and implement updates to government-mandated policies and regulations affecting compensation and benefits.
Prepare compensation and benefits reports, analysis, and recommendations for management.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients and key stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for compensation and benefits-related concerns and escalations.
Understand client requirements and translate them into appropriate C&B solutions.
Handle client concerns professionally and provide timely and effective resolutions.
Conduct regular client discussions, business reviews, and updates regarding compensation and benefits matters.
Manage expectations and ensure that agreed deliverables, timelines, and service-level requirements are met.
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and strengthen client relationships.
Lead, coach, and develop the Compensation & Benefits team to achieve operational and service targets.
Manage team performance, productivity, quality, and overall development.
Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members.
Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and performance discussions.
Address performance issues and implement appropriate improvement plans when necessary.
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and service-oriented team culture.
Effectively delegate responsibilities and ensure proper workload distribution.
Develop team members' technical and leadership capabilities.
Apply strong business administration and operational management skills in managing C&B processes and client requirements.
Analyze compensation and benefits data to support business decisions and recommendations.
Develop and improve processes, policies, and workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor operational KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare management reports, presentations, and business review materials.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Payroll, Operations, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of C&B services.
Support organizational initiatives, projects, and process improvements related to compensation and benefits.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
At least 5 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits, with experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
Strong client management and stakeholder management experience.
Experience in business administration, operations, or BEN AD-related functions is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, payroll processes, and labor regulations.
Experience handling government-mandated benefits and policies such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and DOLE-related requirements.
Experience managing HMO, insurance, and other employee benefit programs.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and HRIS/payroll systems.
