Job summary

Concrete Masters, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist (Compensation and Benefits) in the Philippines to oversee our end-to-end semi-monthly payroll ecosystem and timekeeping with Sprout HR.

You will manage HMO metrics, offboarding clearance, final pay, and leave encashment workflows. Key responsibilities include strategic compensation alignment with DOLE Wage Orders, analytics-driven benefit design, system administration of the HRIS, and monthly SOA reconciliations for HMO programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of direct, hands-on administrative application with Sprout HR and Sprout Payroll.
• 3-5 years of specialized experience in corporate Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll operations in the Philippines. Preference for construction, manufacturing, engineering, or logistics sectors.
• Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, nested formulas) for salary modeling, wage-distortion calculations, and exit computations.
• Deep familiarity with the Philippine Labor Code, SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG portals, BIR taxation tiers, and DOLE advisories concerning final pay release timelines.

Responsibilities

• Strategic compensation, compliance & exit modeling, including wage distortion corrections.
• Timekeeping and HRIS administration, onboarding, roster mapping, and deduction profiles.
• HMO provider governance, enrollments, and monthly SOA reconciliations.
• Offboarding: final pay, back pay, and pro-rated 13th month pay, including forms.
