The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field, with at least 1 year of experience in compensation and benefits, payroll, or HR, and a solid understanding of labor laws and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in HR, psychology, business or related field.
At least 1 year experience in compensation and benefits, payroll, or HR.
Knowledgeable in labor laws and government-m mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Process and monitor government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accurate salary processing.
Maintain employee records related to compensation and benefits.
