Job summary

GROWE is seeking a detail‑oriented payroll and benefits professional in the Philippines to administer and maintain compensation programs and run monthly payroll cycles with precision.

You will serve as the main point of contact for pay and benefits questions, track multiple compensation types, and collaborate with Finance, People Ops, and Customer Support to keep rewards practices aligned with business needs. Experience in total rewards is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, financial controlling, or total rewards.
• Hands-on experience running monthly payroll cycles and handling multiple compensation types (bonuses, allowances, overtime, referral payouts, and similar).
• Intermediate level of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain compensation and benefits programs.
• Run the monthly payroll cycle for the team: collect and validate inputs, process changes, and ensure accurate, on-time payouts.
• Act as the main point of contact for pay and benefits questions from team members.
• Track and reconcile different compensation types (bonuses, allowances, referral payouts, and similar) and flag discrepancies early.
• Partner with Finance, People Ops, and Customer Support management to keep rewards practices aligned with business needs.
• Support regular audits and reporting on compensation and benefits data.
• Suggest improvements to existing pay and benefits processes based on what's actually happening on the ground.
