Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, or HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits administration.
• Experience handling SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, payroll validation, and employee benefits programs.
• Hands-on experience using Sprout HRIS is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reporting, and data analysis).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication and employee relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate employee compensation and benefits programs.
• Process and monitor government-mandated benefits including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements.
• Facilitate employee enrollment, updates, and changes in benefits programs.
• Validate payroll-related data including attendance, leaves, employee movements, and salary adjustments.
• Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits records.
• Assist in salary reviews, promotions, merit increases, and compensation-related initiatives.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, payroll, and benefits concerns.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Process employee movements including promotions, transfers, regularization, salary adjustments, and separations.
• Generate HR reports related to compensation, benefits, headcount, and employee movements.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Coordinate submissions and remittances related to government agencies.
• Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.
• Monitor regulatory updates affecting compensation and benefits administration.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
• Prepare employment certifications, government-related documents, and other HR correspondence.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities related to compensation and benefits.
• Prepare compensation and benefits reports and analytics.
• Monitor HR metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Support HR automation and process enhancement initiatives.
• Assist in policy review and implementation related to compensation and benefits.
