Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Two or more years' progressive work-related experience in data analysis or compensation.
• Experience with compensation processes and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation and benefits programs and related processes.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure accurate data transmission and timely issue resolution.
• Participate in surveys, analyze results, and advise on policy revisions.
• Ensure plan documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
• Develop reports and analyses to support annual processes.
