Job summary

The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of data analysis experience within compensation or benefits functions, with strong Excel and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation and benefits programs and initiatives.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure accurate data transmission and timely processing.
• Conduct surveys, analyze results and advise on policy or program changes.
• Ensure annual compliance for compensation and benefit plans.
• Maintain contracts, addendums, and renewals for compensation programs.
• Create reports and perform analyses to support annual processes.
• Identify process improvements and support system enhancements.
