Job summary

Culinary Adventures Inc. is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist in the Philippines to plan and coordinate its compensation plans and benefits packages under HR supervision.

You will review policies, ensure compliance with current legislation, use data-based methods for direct and indirect compensation, and conduct salary and labor market surveys while maintaining HR data and preparing trend reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with CHRA certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
• Experience with job evaluation and job analysis systems.
• Knowledge of current labor rules and regulations.
• Familiarity with incentives and benefits programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define fair, equitable compensation and benefits packages.
• Ensure compensation practices comply with current legislation.
• Use data-driven methods for direct, indirect and nonfinancial compensation decisions.
• Conduct salary and labor market surveys to benchmark pay rates.
• Maintain HR records, org charts, job descriptions, salary levels, and benefits policies.
• Compute payroll components including OT, ND, and holidays.
• Assist filing benefit forms (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth).
• Prepare HR reports, data summaries, and trends.
