Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in the Philippines seeks a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to support program administration and improvements. You will manage incentive plans, health and welfare programs, and data accuracy across regional and hotel levels.

You will collaborate with vendors, conduct surveys, prepare reports, and maintain contract documents while upholding SLAs and compliance. A relevant degree and at least two years in HR compensation are expected, with strong Excel and communication

Qualifications

University degree in a relevant field.
Two or more years’ progressive work related experience in compensation and benefits.
Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

Administer compensation and benefits programs and initiatives.
Liaise with vendors to ensure accurate interface file transmission and timely data transfer.
Conduct surveys, analyze results and provide recommendations to management.
Ensure plan documents are updated and compliant with regulations.
Maintain contracts, addendums and renewals for compensation-related programs.
Prepare and maintain reports for performance tracking and SLAs.
