Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a highly analytical Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our HR team in the Philippines. You will handle compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and HR reporting, ensuring accuracy and data integrity across payroll and HR systems.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in Total Rewards, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative mindset. You will work with HR, Finance, and leadership to support market studies and compliant pay

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
• Hands-on experience in compensation market studies, salary benchmarking, and job evaluation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Able to communicate effectively with employees and business partners.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation market studies, salary benchmarking, and job pricing to ensure competitive pay practices.
• Support annual compensation planning processes, including merit increase reviews, salary adjustments, and pay recommendations.
• Perform detailed analysis and validation of pay planning data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company guidelines.
• Analyze compensation and benefits data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
• Audit and maintain compensation and employee data to ensure a high level of data integrity and accuracy.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations related to compensation, benefits, and workforce analytics.
• Support the administration and evaluation of employee benefits programs.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders on compensation-related initiatives and inquiries.
• Ensure compensation and benefits programs comply with internal policies and applicable regulations.
