Qualifikationen

• Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM systems for forecasting and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales growth by developing and managing a portfolio of clients aligned with the commercial strategy.
• Generate and convert tender opportunities with value-driven proposals.
• Identify and secure new business across customers, trade lanes, and product offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with global partners, agents, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth execution of secured business through SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve issues.
• Review and validate invoices and support financial processes including AR management.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimise service delivery and retention.
• Maintain accurate CRM records (client data, opportunities, forecasting, reporting).
• Support pricing strategies and collaborate with operations/customer service.
