Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager for freight forwarding to spearhead new business, expand key accounts, and foster long-term client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in BD and KAM within freight/logistics, a multinational background, and a proven sales track record. This is an onsite role with day shifts in Cebu City or Clark, Pampanga.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of Business Development and Key Account Management experience in freight forwarding/logistics.
• Must come from a multinational freight forwarding company.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–5 years of Business Development and Key Account Management experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Must come from a multinational freight forwarding company
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets, winning new business, and growing key accounts
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in RFI/RFQ, pricing, negotiation, and end-to-end sales.
• Proficient in CRM, pipeline management, and data-driven sales analysis
