Qualifications

• Strong capability in commercial strategy and sales planning.
• Must have a network of cold storage customers.
• Experience setting sales priorities and delivering against revenue targets.
• Ability to review sales performance and identify practical improvement actions.
• Must have people management experience.
• Experience developing customer-focused commercial plans.
• Capability to assess market opportunities and shape commercial initiatives.
• Clear ability to prepare commercial updates and recommendations.
