With 15–20 years of experience, you will lead sales planning, manage teams, review performance, and turn market opportunities into actionable initiatives, ensuring sustained growth, strong customer relationships, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Strong capability in commercial strategy and sales planning.
• Must have a network of cold storage customers.
• Experience setting sales priorities and delivering against revenue targets.
• Ability to review sales performance and identify practical improvement actions.
• Must have people management experience.
