Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a System Analyst to maintain our systems and support issues, defining new features with users and analysts. You will investigate, troubleshoot, and document root causes, while coordinating with IT and business partners for timely resolutions.

You will perform testing, configuration, and deployment of changes, and extract data to validate technical processes. Strong data analysis and SQL skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a System Analyst role with business and technology stakeholders
• Experience creating process flows, diagrams, process maps, etc.
• Experience documenting system changes/versions

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for technical assistance from collection tickets and gather necessary details.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and gather data to determine root causes.
• Provide technical solutions within an acceptable timeframe or escalate to IT as needed.
• Communicate findings to business partners and document resolutions.
• Perform unit testing, system configuration and deployment of changes in production.
• Extract data from various sources for validation and monitoring of processes.
• Maintain knowledge of existing processes and system functionalities for task completion.
• Participate in technical discussions and team meetings, contributing inputs.
• Offer recommendations to improve processes and system functionalities
