Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an Operations Analyst to manage data, generate reports, and deliver insights that will guide business decisions. You will build dashboards in Excel and BI tools, present analyses to stakeholders, and ensure data integrity across the Operations database.

The role involves evaluating productivity to optimize costs, supporting process improvements, and handling routine tasks at the entry level of the Professional Career Band.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• 1 year of experience in BPO or call center setting.
• Analytical and structured thinking.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and regular reports in Excel and BI tools for management to monitor metrics.
• Present statistical analyses and insights to drive stakeholder decisions.
• Ensure data validity and manage Operations database.
• Evaluate productivity to optimize costs and improve performance.
• Participate in process management and improvement initiatives.
• Perform routine tasks at entry level of Professional Career Band.
