Home Credit Philippines is seeking an Operations Analyst to manage data, generate reports, and provide analyses to help monitor Operations metrics and guide management decisions. The role involves building dashboards in Excel and BI tools, presenting insights to stakeholders, and ensuring data validity within the Operations database.

The ideal candidate has a college degree or equivalent work experience, with at least 1 year in BPO or call center.

Qualifications

• Good background in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Office 365, SQL, Power BI.
• Analytical and structured thinking.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards, and other regular reports in Excel and BI tools for management to monitor metrics.
• Drive stakeholders' business decisions by presenting statistical analyses and insights.
• Ensure data validity and manage Operations database.
• Evaluate Operations productivity to optimize costs and improve performance.
• Participate in process management and improvement implementations.
