Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Late Collections Analyst III to support collections strategies by generating, deploying and evaluating changes; the analyst will extract and analyze data from databases and conduct ad-hoc investigations as well as longer-term pilots.

You will collaborate with the analytics manager to deliver key results, manage data environments and provide reports and insights for decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in database systems and analytics.
• Business acumen for early collections and call center management.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the late collections analytics manager to deliver results.
• Extract, manage and analyze information from databases.
• Create tools and strategy changes to automate and improve collections processes.
• Generate strategy changes and run pilot tests from design to implementation.
• Monitor databases, jobs and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Investigate performance and explain source and impact of occurrences.
• Provide reports, business analysis and insights.
